Since the beginning of this year, Dussmann has two main lines of service provision:
- facility management with cleaning and security
- technical services 

At this time, we acquired and started launching our first and immediately very interesting project in the field of technical real estate management.

It is one thing to make an offer, another thing is to bring the project "to life".
Even if a person is allowed to tour the plant and asks about all the important things (sometimes from the customer's point of view as well as the unimportant ones) and then prepares an offer, the reality is always different and it is necessary to quickly adapt to it.

Communication with the customer and tuning needs is the daily business of our flexible dussmann czech republic team.

And not only thanks to creating a good relationship with the customer, after 1/2 year we tuned this million dollar project "to perfection" and customer satisfaction and that makes us very happy.
